I am Abhi Durge, a Registered Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Thai Massage Practitioner. As a yoga practitioner, a fitness enthusiast, and a former crossfitter, I understand how limitations from pain and injury can prevent us from being who we are and doing what we love to do. Whether you would like relief from muscle pain, get preventive care to reduce injuries, or simply de-stress, I am here to help you feel and move better.

A credit card is required at the time of booking for late cancellation (24 hours minimum) and no-show protection only. Payment can be made via debit, credit, e-transfer, cash, or direct billing.
